This cut me off the SF.Cosmo It has nothing to do with my posting problems. You may not believe this, but I have a ‘live’ moniter (hacker) that is the cause of my problems here. Jackson, the problem isn’t when the president suddenly does something that’s so over the top that everyone can plainly see the unconstitutionality of it. To date not one that has complained of censorship.

Congress is still made up of Americans and the Party Control of members will go out the window, if any president breaks with the constitution as would any representation in either congressional chamber.

To date not one that has complained of censorship. I was writing a reply to this topic and a capitalist terminated my resomse by posting the Start display for closure. This is blatent censorship. Ha ha.Cosmo Controlling the flow of information is a great weapon in any tyrant’s arsenal. On a side note, how many men does a brigade have? (ex: 1st Brigade of 3rd infantry division) As Ophiolite said, this isn’t blindingly original.

I see the same stuff day after day on all forums and many times getting the same response you have. Keeping a fair amount of military power in the hands of the citizens is a good way to make sure government doesn’t get too uppity.Of course, they couldn’t have foreseen the direction that modern military warfare was going to go. The Levenson enquiry etc.A billion to run for president? So what?Atheist President?Militias – Okay, or Not Okay? Why does Oklahoma’s governor have an age requirement of 31?Guns If a President attempts any such action the Congress could Impeach and Convict the President with in two days, based on breaking his/her Oath of Office or breaking constitutional authority/rights of that office.

I have said before and will again…Your social/political views are mild, resemble Obama’s or the Democratic Party of 1935 or todays. Ice; Depends on battalions, but your referring to a training mission, to combat a terrorist attack with in the US, IF it ever happens. How about a response to the question: Does this same model apply to other sciences such as biology, geology, archaeology, paleontology, anthropology, sociology, political science, etc.? Have a question about how something in the world works, gather observations and data about that thing, develop and test hypotheses about why that data is the way it is, develop and test a theory that can explain why the data is the way it is. If they have the balls, you mean. As a side note, the human brain is basically a pattern-finding machine.

I DO NOT and have never liked the way you have been treated, even posting this on this forum, more than once. So far, this is a nuisance now more than anything. The article I was writing is a replication of the one I was writing yesterday when I was cutoff and my computer screen display was set up for closure. It has to take in the vast array of information being relayed to it by the senses, and find an efficient way to understand it and filter it out. I think part of the meaning of the 2nd Amendment is exactly what you’re talking about. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.””A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state” That could have a double meaning. I have protested to 2 forum owners and in both cases was assured they were not involved.

They left open limitations, which can be legally imposed. You forgot the 1st Amendment.

You look back and realize that, 30 years ago, you had a freedom you can hardly imagine having anymore. This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.I guess they are afraid of what I write and are shaking in their booties. There will be trouble this year and not being prepared would be foolish. HOWEVER, you bring much of this on yourself; Forums are discussion on what ever topic and each have rules with limitations on the discourse and you have been banned a time or two (as have I) but thats about it. They get around it with anti-constitutional concepts like “verbal assault”, or by defining the act of pissing people off with your words as “disturbing the peace”, even if you do so in a public forum. If a President attempts any such action the Congress could Impeach and Convict the President with in two days, based on breaking his/her Oath of Office or breaking constitutional authority/rights of that office. I will add; There are truly obnoxious people from time to time and many selling products, both much more a concern for other posters than your comments.

If you doubt my word, visit Hypo and you thread on Capitalism, where I explained much the same to a poster off the street that made a half dozen post, a week ago…kojax; I still believe in my country and primarily the system we have. The recent SC DC decision or the right of a person to protect their home, is an extension of the right for militia to protect theirs, while protecting their state. Both used to be entirely legal. The next violation won’t be either, nor the one after it, nor the one after that one. When it doesn’t, it sticks out.

Thinks that is 14,000. what you’ve actually explained is the improvement of a scientific theory : with every improvement better explanatory power can be derived from an ever smaller number of initial assumptions Additionally many States (think 20) can recall any representation by some form of a special election or their legislature. The common people owned enough muskets to overthrow any military dictatorship that tried to form. Now, of course, I don’t miss either of those freedoms very badly, but I worry about what might come next.

Torturing prisoners in guantanimo isn’t, all by itself, a very flagrant violation, so we let it go by. With less and less States needed to elect a President, this may happen sooner, rather than later..The Federal Government cannot activate any States National Reserves, with out the consent of that States Governor, or legally dispatch troops into a State. Hate speech, while technically legal under some circumstances, is practically impossible to do without getting arrested.

If you doubt my word, visit Hypo and you thread on Capitalism, where I explained much the same to a poster off the street that made a half dozen post, a week ago. . And that’s how we know what to pay attention to and what to not bother wasting time on. Anything else is probably you and how you handle you computer. Personally I feel this was done to deter any activity, since all State Reserves dwarf that brigade and are well spread out through the country. The Fed has asked States to consider placing some reserves on stand by during this years elections and many local police departments are already set.

I had ‘one’ computer assionated by this hacker. So I had to get another replacement that is a better one. The extent will be determined by the winner/loser and any contested results…Cosmo; I have followed you to long, not to understand why you feel there are some out to get you or keep you quiet.

decisions made. When protesters are forced to restrict their expression of protest to “free speech zones”, I wonder how long it will be before the privacy of your own home is defined as the only “free speech zone” where you’re allowed to say what you want. The problem is when a series of leaders begins gradually eroding a constitutional guarantee away piece by piece. Anything else is probably you and how you handle you computer. It applies to all scientific fields. Is there any way the Congress can impeach a capitalist for censorship?Cosmo HOWEVER, you bring much of this on yourself; Forums are discussion on what ever topic and each have rules with limitations on the discourse and you have been banned a time or two (as have I) but thats about it. The convention mentioned above, would be a last resort if ever used, but could be used for any number of reason. I have protested to 2 forum owners and in both cases was assured they were not involved.

If the same companies own them as own the president in office at the time, the impeachment might just not happen. But, after a long enough time a series of small violations can add up to a large one. Thus when something follows a typical pattern known to us, it can largely be ignored.

Since militias were done away with in 1903, its assumed the set up Reserves will protect the State and certain weapons were or would not be required to protect the home. I am not blaming the SF here. In seeking to scientifically understand the world around us, we are following a very similar process, just at a conscious instead of an unconscious level. In their day a musket or cannon was the most powerful weapon known to humankind.
